1. Who we are

We operate an online business directory and advertising platform. We provide listing pages and promotional placements. We are not a party to any agreement between users and listed businesses.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

3. Directory information only (no endorsement)

• Listings and content are provided by businesses and/or users and may change.
• We do not verify, guarantee, or endorse any business, service, price, qualification, license, insurance, availability, or claims.
• Any interaction you choose to have with a listed business is at your own risk.

4. No responsibility for services performed by businesses

We are not responsible for:

• workmanship, delays, defects, damages, disputes, complaints, injuries, losses, or outcomes from any business you contact or hire;
• any misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete listing information;
• any business’s compliance with law, licenses, permits, taxes, or insurance.

5. No financial, legal, or insurance advice

Nothing on the website is financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice. We do not recommend or advise on financial or insurance products. We simply allow businesses in those categories to list as a business and promote themselves in the appropriate channels.

6. User accounts and security

If you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Prohibited use

You must not:

• post illegal, harmful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content;
• harass others, scrape the site, spam, or interfere with the platform;
• upload malware or attempt unauthorised access;
• use the website in a way that breaches any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms.

8. Content you submit

If you submit content (including business details, images, descriptions, reviews, messages):

• you confirm you have the rights to submit it; and
• you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, edit (formatting only), distribute, and promote that content for operating and marketing the platform.

We can remove or edit content at our discretion (including for quality, policy, compliance, or legal reasons).

9. Intellectual property

Our website, branding, layout, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse our materials except as allowed by law.

10. Availability and changes

We can modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability (very important)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill);
• we are not liable for losses arising from third-party services, listings, or interactions;
• our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €100 if you paid nothing), whichever is higher.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., fraud).

12. Indemnity

If your content or actions cause claims, losses, or costs for us, you agree to indemnify us (including legal costs and reasonable expenses).

13. Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

14. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

Advertising & Subscription Terms (Basic / Growth / Pro + Add-ons)

These terms apply to all paid packages and promotional add-ons (“Advertising Services”) sold via CostaConexion.es.

1. Packages and billing

• We offer packages (e.g., Basic / Growth / Pro) and optional advertising add-ons.
• Packages are billed on a recurring cycle of 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months (as selected at checkout).
• Fees are shown at purchase and may change for future renewals (we’ll apply new pricing only from the next renewal).

2. Cancel anytime, but 30 days’ notice

You may cancel at any time, but cancellation takes effect only after 30 days’ notice from your next billing cycle.

How it works (clear rule):

• If you cancel less than 30 days before the end of your current billing period, you will be charged for one additional full billing period. Your service then ends at the end of that additional period.
• If you cancel at least 30 days before the end of your current billing period, your service will end at the end of the current period (and will not renew).

Example — 1-month plan
Buy on the 1st. Cancel 2 weeks in → it will still renew for one additional month, then end at the end of that next month.

Example — 3-month plan

• You are committed for the 3-month period purchased.
• To prevent renewal, you must cancel at least 30 days before the end of the 3-month term.
• Cancel with 29 days left → the cancellation applies at the end of the next 3-month term (i.e., it renews once more).

3. No refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including for:

• unused time, early cancellation, mistaken purchases, lack of leads, or business closure;
• downtime, changes to features, or moderation removals (except where required by law).

4. What you’re buying (best efforts, no guarantees)

Advertising is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee:

• leads, calls, messages, sales, ranking position, impressions, or any performance result;
• that competitors will not appear;
• that a category/area will remain available.

5. Listing rules and approvals

You must ensure your listing and ads are accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We may:

• review, reject, edit formatting, or remove ads/listings at our discretion;
• suspend ads if we believe there is policy breach, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.

No refund is due if we remove/suspend content for breach.

6. Your responsibilities (compliance)

You are responsible for:

• licenses, insurance, permits, qualifications, and legal compliance;
• taxes and invoices where required;
• responding to enquiries and keeping contact details up to date.

7. Prohibited advertising content

No illegal content, hate, harassment, adult content, deceptive claims, impersonation, copyrighted materials without rights, or anything that breaches applicable law. We can remove without notice.

8. Payment failures

If a payment fails:

• we may pause or downgrade your advertising and/or listing visibility until paid;
• repeated failures may lead to termination.

9. Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend services until resolved. You remain liable for amounts owed plus reasonable costs we incur responding to the dispute.

10. Changes to services

We may update packages, placements, and features. We will try to keep the overall value comparable, but the platform may evolve.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or performance outcomes;
• any indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability is capped as stated in the Website Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Advertising Services immediately if you breach these terms or create risk to users or the platform.

13. Governing law

These Advertising & Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
